Blancpain Villeret Ultra Slim “Réserve de Marche” – Ref. 1106 – Stainless Steel – 36mm – Manual Wind with 100-Hour Power Reserve
Founded in 1735, Blancpain is one of the oldest watchmaking houses in the world, and the Villeret collection is the purest expression of its classic style. This Ultra Slim Power Reserve combines elegant dress-watch proportions with a movement that was remarkable for its time: a hand-wound caliber with a 100-hour (about 4-day) power reserve, far beyond the typical 40 to 48 hours of most watches.
The white dial is laid out with balance and charm. Stylized Arabic numerals, luminous dot markers, and luminous sword hands frame a power reserve indicator at 4 o’clock, showing exactly how much energy remains, a small seconds subdial at 6, and a date window at 3. The 36mm stainless steel case has Blancpain’s signature stepped bezel and straight “dove’s head” lugs, and at just 8.5mm thick it slips easily under a shirt cuff.
Inside beats the Blancpain manual-wind caliber 1106, protected by a solid stainless steel case back engraved “Blancpain” and the watch’s individual number, No. 883.
